To protect our global hockey community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrectly shipped by us:

• Personalized or Custom-Ordered Equipment

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes or errors. If an error is discovered after your order is placed, we will notify you before processing.

4.3 Payment Methods

  • Free Economy Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Shipping Regions: We ship globally but cannot ship to some remote Asian and isolated areas. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, which is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date for most items.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within 15 days. You will receive an RMA number and instructions.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
• Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• International Returns: Accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes.
